SHIPPING & HANDLING
POLICY AND RATES:
All orders ship within 2 business days. In the case of backorders or preorders, your card will not be charged
until product ships. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your back-ordered item or pre-order ships.
STANDARD
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Allow 7-10 business days for delivery via USPS Media Mail or comparable service. Shipping charges based on
carrier costs to the ship-to destination address.
PRIORITY SHIPPING & HANDLING
Allow 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or comparable service
(For priority delivery, orders must be received before 11:00am PST Monday through Friday. No Saturday delivery.)
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING & HANDLING
Overnight delivery via FedEx or comparable service
(For next day delivery, orders must be received before 11:00am PST Monday through Friday. No Saturday delivery.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is currently available to the countries listed below. For inquires about shipping to other countries, please
email customerservice@seedsmangroup.com. No Overnight shipping is available for international orders. Customer
will be responsible for any duty, customs or VAT charges..
CANADA AND MEXICO
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery to Canada and Mexico
via International Priority Mail or comparable service.

RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened items
purchased from Seedsman Group, Inc. within 30 days of delivery
for a full
refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error. Simply contact
customerservice@seedsmangroup.com and we will guide you
through the process and even supply you with a return
mailing label you can print out.
A 15% restocking fee will apply on any CD or DVD returned
within 30 days of delivery that has been opened/taken
out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item
is defective after the package is opened, please describe
the
nature of the defect when you contact us for a return request.
For defective CDs or DVDs, a full refund or
replacement exchange will be provided when received within
30 days of initial delivery date.
In the case of a refund, if initially purchased by credit
card, the original card will be credited upon receipt,
inspection
and processing of your return.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1)
Contact
customer service
by email
to request a Return Authorization. Please provide a reason
for the return, the original purchase date and receipt or
packing slip number, your name, e-mail address and contact
phone number.
2)
We will e-mail you an acknowledgement of your
request and contact you if additional information is
necessary.
3)
You will receive a Return Authorization number,
Mailing Label and Return instructions via e-mail.
4)
Upon receipt and processing of your return, you
will receive an email confirmation.
